The Busy Chef in Arboran has a quest to help him. There are only 2 items on the table that I can see, garlic and meat. I have been trying to do this quest for 3 days, but every time he asks for the garlic, and I click on it, it doesn't count. He asks again, I click on it again, and so on until the quest fails. Am I missing something, or is it bugged? I don't remember having issues with it when I played before, but that was a long time ago.

Update: A few minutes after I posted this, I finally got it to work. I had to stand where I could reach the pot, meat, and garlic, without moving, and still see what he was saying. Once he asks for something, if you don't grab it instantly, it just always seems to fail. The time you have to do the task, seems to be very short, like as in only a second or 2. If he has to ask again, it just seems to not register at all, even if you get it quickly.

Maybe this will help someone else.

I would like to see cosmetics for female characters that do not look like bikinis and booty shorts.

My characters are warriors who fight dangerous and bloody battles. Their armor should reflect such. Armor that leaves their entire chest, abdomen, and other parts, completely exposed, would just get them killed. I am currently stuck trying to find drop sets that actually cover my characters, and then having to convert them to costumes.

I looked through the store costume sets. Not a single one fully covers their chest, abdomen, and/or crotch. The shadow whisperer set comes close, but even on that one, the legs are just under ware with stockings attached at the sides. The whole inner thigh is exposed. The enemy would just send an arrow to my unprotected heart, and slice the main artery in my thigh, and I would be done. Not to mention how uncomfortable riding a dragon would be with all that exposed skin. Sitting on leather with bear skin, no thank you.

hi i am maddragonmaster and i use to play the na dp a way back and it took me a while to get back into dragon's prophet so it is nice to be playing thsi game again.

I downloaded the launcher, and extracted it. At first when I tried to run it, I got a MainWnd error. I searched and found your post with the skin folder. I didn't even have one.
After adding it to the Dragon's Prophet directory, I now get "script runtime error Main.nut:the index 'BOOT' does not exist". When I close that window, I still get the MainWnd error.

SOLVED: I figured it was on my end. Something was corrupting the file while it was downloading. I had to disable Avast while it downloaded. The live scan was scanning the files as they downloaded, and causing all the files not to download.

I hope this can at least help someone else.

I am Nymbil. I played the original Dragon's Prophet for years, and was bummed when it closed. I am so glad a friend found this site for me. I can't wait to play again!

I actually found this site by accident a year or so ago. Decided on actually signing up and playing. Glad there are players who really enjoyed this game.

Hello AdeptGamer community (players, moderators, game masters, and admins alike). I'll be introducing myself as Macaveli.

Like many of you I love to play games. I'm competitive, I talk a lot of shit, but most importantly i really enjoy playing games with my friends. I especially love "9Dragons". I've been playing the game for almost as long as its been introduced to the North American and European continents. My passion for this game is as passionate as Kanye West at the VMAs lol.

I read a post on another forum from a Mr."S4V4N" not too long ago. He was asking if my community would've liked to have seen a 9Dragons2 server. I'm not sure where I was at the time but I would love to revisit this conversation and give my little input. I'm not here to boast about my many 9dragons world heavyweight championship belts, to ask for server files, or to ask for any positions in your staff. I am just a genuine 9dragons player who would love to see this game get its proper flowers.

The actual concept, content, and actual gameplay of the original 9D is actually genius (for its time of course lol). Its team-oriented, but you can also play solo (whether PvP or PvE). It's simple so you don't have to bust your brain trying to figure out how to play, but if you learn the little intricate tricks or details it'll feel like you're walking on water. I'm rambling at this point but I really do love this game. After looking at the screenshot of 9Dragons2 I've fallen in love all over.

Yes we would love a 9D2 server. If your devs are excited to get it done then I'm even more excited to hear that. I know our current community has enough players/veterans to be able to get a Quality Assurance team together. You said you'd be able to have freedom with new features and mechanics...that's actually perfect bcus the original game is actually unfinished as well.

At this point I'm drooling at the mouth lol. I've thrown a few pebbles recently and they've been gliding across the water. Hopefully I'm lucky this time and can get a response. Again, I'm not looking for files, positioning, nor am I here to say I'm the best 9D player ever, I'm just a guy who loves this game and would to see you guys have a crack at it. It was tried before and I know it can definitely be successful now.

P.S I know a lot of people in that other thread I was talking about kept mentioning the advertising issue but I actually have a brilliant million dollar idea I'm willing to give away for the love of this game. If I've stirred any waters I wasn't supposed to then I apologize, but if this message reached you guys then please, please consider it. Like I said I have plenty ideas I'm willing to give away at a moments notice.

Amaguq is a new Dragon by @Aiden based off of Zios, though some of the armor has been removed. The name comes from the Inuit god of the same name as it is a wolf god, and also the god of Tricksters. This originally started as an act of science to prepare the model for another concept, but ended up being completed as it's own release.

Players who have Amaguq will get the title "The Wolf of Winter". This Dragon will also come with the Adept Dragon Tamer skill.

I can't use the purple recipe to create armor for a dragon. The recipe has been studied, all resources are available, but when you click "Start Crafting" nothing happens.

There appear to be no purple recipes for 108 bows.

Putting a green, blue, purple and even orange 108 bow into the extraction window only shows the blue recipe for the 108 bow as possible reward from extraction.
Other 108 weapons instead do show the possibility of a purple recipe as a reward.
