Hi, I'm new to DP, but my mom and dad have played and now once again play this imo nostalgic game! Sad I never played the official version, but i'm happy to play any version since I heard of it's shutdown. So far I'm lovin the experience and it's brought back tons of nostalgia watching my parents play this game again since I watched them play it growing up! My mom on the official servers was the first person to ever catch Jadeite and she plans to once again, meanwhile me and my dad are just taming everything that it lets us lmao. Anywho, i'm Zambie, I do art and I draw dragons, I do commissions, and I'd love to contribute to this community once I get time to do so <3 !

Wann kommen endlich Verbesserungen bei FPS und Ping? Mit 1.89 FPS ist das Ganze unspielbar. Bei keinem anderen Spiel habe ich so extreme Probleme, es reicht nur zum einloggen und ich würde gerne spielen :/
First: Dragon Equip Should be Stat/overstate able. Its hard to find a good Equipment with 3 high stats that the dragon need. Then crafting purple/orange should be worth it.
Second: Merchants have the option to sell gray items. That a a few ones. It would be nice if they got a button to sell gray/green Equipment. Its hard for the forefinger and it takes so much time when you need to click every singele equipment to sell it. When you farm 1 Round NDZ. With Buffs on. You need to sell first after the second boss. And a second time before the 3th boss. The run need round about 10 min to the 3th boss. The sell time is 10-15min. So the run need 20-25 min and 10-15 min from that are boring right clicks to sell.
Short version: Make Dragon Equiment stat able and give merchants the option to one click sell gray and green equiment.
In Racmon Grotto, the system messages for Dungeon point (Midnight Massacre Dragon points) and Dragon Riding Points Reward has not been shown after the last boss killed; the actual riding point seems unchanged. The bug s happened for a couple of weeks or so (it s not fixed by weekly maintenance).
In some other dungeons, things works normally.
Hello any staff member who may be reading! I've noticed lately that certain companion pets have been having animation bugs, and while I'm not sure if they can be fixed, I was suggested to make a report on the small issue. I've noticed the pets ( Dawn, Lilly and Leo in my case ) are supposed to have flying and swimming animations. While they do have them, it would seem that they in transition to those animations seem to freeze and not unfreeze from whatever frame they entered (hilariously Lilly was stuck sitting upside down in mid air during flight at one point but my screenshotting ability at the time was broken, but if screenshots are needed I will provide them.) Though the issue isn't large, I figure it might help to inform those who might be able to correct the issue. If this is on my end however i'll gladly use any suggestions to fix it to my abilities. That said I hope the staff have a lovely day regardless of the bugs they may encounter.
Make mana shield scale bonus with INT, like 2% or 1.5% per 100 INT. Make the electric ball can crit and lower animation time. This class was supposed to be the equivalent of overlord, slow, clunky but high dps and durable. The dps part is a joke, as everyone knows. Slow and clunky, true, to the point that the boss does a little side step and your whole kit is wasted (plus the weird hitbox of some skills), and you spend half of the time standing in 1 place for them to punch you in the face. Durable, somewhat (only above thief and archer based class due to mana shield).
So yeah, mana shield is cool and the only reason why ppl could play this pathetic class, please buff it.
If you kill the eye right when the eye duration ends, it will create a new shield for that same eye, but still start heart phase since technically you did manage to kill the eye, resulting in 2 shields when the heart phase ends.

At the 2nd phase if you're holding x to spam and elga changes to his aggro stance, the x hold will be disrupted and you'll have to press x again. Small bug but can catch ppl off guard and resulting in not enough damage to break the aggro.

-OLD Forgotten Village mobs are not at the lvl 85+ Range & don't have Element yet
-OLD God's Sanctuary NPCs are doubled & are flying on the map (can be seen with minimap)
-OLD Tutu Tree Forest mobs spawn midair and fall down to their supposed spawn position

I'm an artist/ modeler and I'd love to contribute to either the game by suggesting or creating an idea that could be used, or just to add to this community. - Portal away from there is missing when your pet is dead ur a bit screwd as well.
- Beardedwhalecoast got all mob lvls increased to 80 I think it was? But the F1 mission mobs were lvl 78 and the boss room monster + Boss were low levels 24 like normal dungeons
I'm so incredibly grateful that you revived Dragon's Prophet. I was incredibly sad that the servers were discontinued, thanks to you a dream has come true again, so I say thank you thank you thank you and thank you again!
It is time for the new Element Update! This patch offers an overhaul of said system as well as two new continents players can re-explore from the past. This iteration, however, is not the last and the world will still go through changes (visually). I will also potentially add more dungeons in the next larger patches (read more on the timeline on the recent announcement).
Let's get the elephant out of the way first and start with the Element System.
Element Update
One big downside of the old Element System was that any elemental attack would always carry a flat added bonus damage on ANY attack which is then reduced by some weird calculation for resistances. This made things unbalanced between classes and kind of useless for PVE. I have changed this up completely.
Elemental Attack and Defense is now a percentage
This percentage converts a portion of your skill damage to elemental damage
Example: 20% Elemental ATK multiplies your skill damage by 1.2. The pure elemental damage is reduced by the target's elemental defense, which is also a portion converted from the target's overall defenses (upgrade your gear!).
Most bosses do not have elemental attack. Currently only Paris and Elga have some elemental attack. Old VanCliff with Bone Dragon will also have elemental attack, but way higher than before to the point where it makes sense to build some Dark Defense (the set will reduce quite a bit of damage as most damage is elemental).
Any elite boss with an elemental stat bar displays how much elemental damage is being reduced (or increased if negative). If a boss displays more than 100% defense on an element, your normal damage will NOT be reduced.
Example: 20% Ele power. 1000 damage => 1200 damage
Boss resistance: -50%
Element damage adjusted: 200 * 1.5 = 300
Final skill damage: 1300 damage (does not account for normal defenses ofc)
Elemental Acc is already implemented through elemental dungeons and were adjusted to be much more useful.
You can enter Ele dungeons through scrolls from the cash shop until a physical portal is created.
Cards will be looked at over time
Element chests are available at bounty exchanger for 6 respective Basic Elements (for accessories)
Element Dungeon Scrolls are available at bounty exchanger for 1 Dragon Bone in White (free)
Content Update
Taking up on the spirit of the server I worked on previously, the new continents are old maps from Chapter 1/2. You can experience the nostalgia of the old maps without having to endure its missions (most of the missions Lv. 50+ had big design flaws which made them not fun to play). Currently there aren't any missions as I didn't see a purpose for them to exist. Fear not, you will be able to farm items and gold through other means and older missions. Generally, what we need to be tested are mob positions, portals leading to the correct corresponding portal to the other side (some portals have wrong names but the map they lead to is correct since the layout was changed). Here is a summary:
Added two continents from chapter 1
You can enter port of the winds (old) through the portal in the middle of odellia until further changes to the world.
Currently there aren't any story quest. They will be added later
Almost all NPCs are their own version and don't match up with their normal versions. This results in not being able to talk to most of them (includes some shops).
The four old elemental dungeons were added. You can enter them through scrolls free in the cash shop until there are physical portals. Any path inside the dungeon you take will lead you to the same boss. This can be subject to change in the future.
The bosses in the dungeons are quite a bit more difficult. You will always face 1 boss monster and 1 elite monster siding it.
You are only supposed to be able to drop spiritual drops (like you're used to) and Normal Blesses (not advanced or higher). If the drops differ, please let me know on the forum.
Old VanCliff
The old version of chapter 1 of Van Cliff has been implemented in the new continent. It can be accessed like usual through ash mist village. For now you won't need to have a quest in order to enter. The entire dungeon is split between three sub-dungeons. In every dungeon you have to collect 4 key pieces in order to access the boss room. For GateKeeper's part of the dungeon, however, you must kill a total of 4 mini bosses, 2 each per map (2x in the library, and 2x in the botanic garden). For the other maps, you have to kill the monsters as usual for the key pieces. The dungeons are in a slightly different design that I decided to leave it that way. Here is some information about the bosses, drops and equipment
Count VanCliff and GateKeeper are both counted as Bosses, while Ranhoff is only Elite.
Count VanCliff and GateKeeper do not drop keys to enter the next dungeon. The requirement asking for a Key to enter the next sub dungeon is removed for the moment à You can enter any dungeon at any point.
VC, GK and Bone Dragon all drop up to 8 items (may be subject to change).
All bosses drop one kind accessory, which belong to a set.
Like normal VC and Drakos, there is one rare drop and one very rare drop.
Ruby Dragon Bone as rare, required for exchanging any equipment
Can be dropped at any of the 3 large bosses
Bone Dragon has a higher chance of dropping them compared to VC/GK
Gold Anvil only from Bone, required to craft the weapon. HOWEVER, the weapon cannot be crafted currently and will be implemented later.
The common drop is Dragon Bone in blue for all bosses.
The normal and hero sets have switched colors now. Meaning your current bone set will have the hero colors you're used to.
The Rare set can be exchanged by using Ruby Dragon Bones, Dragon Bones in Blue and the Lv. 60 set.
Drops may still be subject to change and more rewards will be added most likely.
You can exchange equipment at NPC Veron in the old VanCliff lobby.
General Changes
There aren't many changes but here they are:
Decreased amount of runs necessary to achieve Bloody Crystal Pity (quest)
Implemented some parts of Lost Dragonica's UI
FYI, if you see this UI on other servers, it was taken from Lost Dragonica (2016+) as it didn't have a different encryption back then.
Increased Max level scaling for Verglas Ridge and Dragon Valley missions to 90. Happy farming!
Increased Critical Damage soulcraft effects on backpack and weapons
Changed Drakos Master Mode monster level to be at least Lv. 80
Shortened the text in the enchant UI for requirement, scroll etc. to prevent overflow and have a cleaner look.
At 9:15 AM CEST/7:15 AM UTC/12:15 AM PDT, the servers will go down for server maintenance. During this time, the new content expansion and element update will be added.

I seem to remember there was something you could do with the empty treasure chests from treasure hunts besides selling. Collect 10 or something and turn them in. Anyone know what or am I just dreaming this
It has been two months since we have changed from being on hiatus to an experimental alpha, introducing two new features: Account Quests and Master Mode (for Drakos). In a following update we added Enchant Pity and Failover Successrates which enable smoother enchanting and help to remove some P2W aspects by implementing custom mat requirements. While I'm not finished with balancing changes or feature additions so things will be changing in the future, we are happy to say that we have mostly received positive feedback and have been taking player opinions and suggestions into account for our future updates.
Since the last update I have been working on a large patch that will consist of three large patches which will help to flesh out new areas and add more depth to the gameplay. Here is an overview of what I currently have planned, though this will be subject to change as we get player feedback, and we continue to experiment.
Two “new” (reused) continents (currently without quests) for Lv. 80+ and the Element Overhaul, which includes:
The new elemental damage and calculation system
Four old Element dungeons
Chapter 1/2 VanCliff with possibility to upgrade Lv. 60 Bone Sets and Weapon to stronger Elemental versions
A possible patch later on for production hammers to use elemental cards
Added quests for the continent and potentially new dungeons and visual updates on maps (tbd)
Production system re-introduced
Potentially reworking aspects or altering the currently existing system
While we implement these changes, we will be watching for player feedback and suggestions and focus on fixing bugs and considering our next steps.
