    I am in Dragon Masters and it's also all lvls friendly! People are very helpful here, especially for beginners.

    just like Seiichi said, it is better to look for a guild in game. Keep in mind that guilds have their rules, and one of them might be "players above x lvl". But still there are many guilds friendly for all lvls.
