    Suggestion Implemented Skills Learned Notifications

    Would it be possible to maybe enable a choice as to whether or not we get the skills learned notifications popping up on screen? When swapping masteries all the notifications are quite distracting and it's just unnecessary graphics for my gpu to process. Crossing fingers :D
