I am unsure what the issue is you are trying to display in the video?
is it the frame rate drop?
or the range ect please specify the issue
also more relevant information such as the level of the skill

his probably talking about the time to time random aoe of that skill, its old "bug" sometimes the arrows just shots at random place an miss the mobs under the right spot

Until it is clarified i can only respond to that fact, and that is that it is a lower priority as it is a minor issue that we would have to spend time investigating to resolve if we can even resolve it.

It can be solved by using an IM weapon that has custom particles like halloween or valentine, ice weapon. Official fixed it that way for a while, but then they fixed it all together.

A cash shop weapon which alters particles/arrows stops the down shot attack from missing monsters? that doesnt sound right unless the issue is with the base arrow effect / particle itself which would be quite strange.

Yep! The arrows shoot where they are supposed to. You can try on the test server or somewhere.

Yea it does affect the gameplay. One way I found this to work again is to shoot down at a lower altitude. Like I have to jump and almost immediately use shootdown.
If I use Shootdown too high, it'll shoot like 3 arrows: One straight forward, One straight backward and one diagonally down which makes the skill kind of useless.
