Suggestion Changing the way numbers look

I have slight Dyscalculia and it's really hard to read the amount of gold I possess. I don't know if others feel like that too, but I thought why not mention it.

Would it be possible to separate the numbers with an apostrophe or comma?
Like 5000 turns into 5'000, 100000 into 100'000 etc. It would help a lot...

Will have to look into this, however it may not be entirely possible as the UI pulls the number directly, and it depends on if we can add logic for adding in commas.
