when there is a milestone enchant and the dust count is too high, the UI is difficult to read.
a 100% success rate still forces you to use insurance scrolls which is a waste.
You can't remove the insurance because it is now "required" despite being a 100% success rate.

You can remove "Requirement" , "Supplement" and "Chance item" text from the count display to resolve this text issue.
