Bug Report Solved I can't open the game

When I open the launcher and click on "start the game" there is an error message that appears:
"D3DCOMPILER_43.ddl can't be found"
I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but there is still the same message.

Bug Report - Dragon's Prophet Common Issues & Fixes

Theres a link here, just extract the downloaded file to a folder, and run DXWeb/DXSetup (Whichever it's called) from the extracted files to install the dependencies.
