Bug Report Sorcerer Skill Cancel

EDIT 2: It seems the cause is dying. My skills didn't cancel until I died, then it started!

There seems to be a bug in Elga that cancels skills, to be more: precise blizzard, fire emblem and rockets of sorcerer (maybe more).

You can see in the video ()
that about 25% of the mentioned skills gets canceled and are on cooldown (not rockets because of their casting time).

It's not the famous "skill bug" where you spasm around and absolutely everything cancels though.

Update: Found out this happens in Drakos as well so it's a general thing.

Happens in bsq too its probably because of the set cooldown buff
if you remove 1 part and requip it you wont have it but idk if you will still have the cooldown buff working or not (probly not from bsq idk if its the same or not in elga)

Also wntering elga dungeon it seems some of your your passive skills stop working. Before entering elga dungeon i have around 10k matk and after entering it drops to 8.2k, reusing buffs doesn't change the value. So perhaps the passives that give %matk get disabled?
