I want to make the Suggestion of overworking the Soulbound on Cash Shop Sets, or other Vanity sets obtainable throughout the game.
The new sets obtainable within the Launch Event are Soulbound, however if I have multiple characters I don't want to farm or buy the set multiple times. It would be easier if Sets were Account bound instead of Character bound.
Restrictions could still apply except the Account vault so I can exchange the items between characters.
Right now I can put them in any Vault or send them to other characters, but they can't wear the items.
It would make sense to change the Soulbound as Stats on these items are removed, so they are completely Fashion items.
