That would be good to rework STR and INT to make it more valuable versus AGI and HLT

In case you didn't know Fiso has already said that he will rework (almost) every stat while he rework the classes' skills. However Seiichi has pointed out that on this server they will rework every class at the same time because they judge it stupid to do them once at a time, implying that the rework has already started(I think) but will take alot longer than your usual server balancing.
