Bug Report Suggestion about Soulbound item

That would be great if Soulboundeds item can be transfered in account vault, is pretty sad when you wanna do 2nd character to make again a +20 weapons and found again the same set.

It would be a good idea on other servers but here it doesn't really matter since there aren't any medals that give higher success rate, you can just send the ingredients and dust to the second character and it would be the same. The insurance scrolls however should be account vault-able indeed.
