Bug Report Solved Cannot log in

I am ex DP player / installed DP (Gamigo) and installed this DP (which took over a day). Now I want to play and whatever password of the many you had me set I use I cannot log in. User is my e-mail adress (not player)?
Tried to us "Contact us" - wrote the problem - failed to send Message "You have to wait 30 seconds to perform this action"" My god.... I waited - same again.
Good start to get a new player (and spender) on board.
What do I have to do? Why is everything so complicated here to play that game?

Yeah I need to change it from email to user name, just have had a million other things to do.
