Bug Report Solved 7 days Master repair hammer

I started one hammer and oversaw, that the item is active.. and started a new one..
Now I have 2 active master repair hammer..

Is it possible to change the code in such a way that only one 7 day repair hammer is always active?

He is right, The hammer (7day) worked as soon as when received. This is disturbing. Please fix it. Thank you.
