1. Wind Blade lv 5 has lower scaling than lv 4?

2. Multishot has 0% scaling?

I noticed an other skill bug by Specialist.

The passive Focus skill which should give you at lv.1 1% cr gives only like 0.1% so maybe its calculated with the old cr :/

Yeah the skill is unfortunately non-pure crit rate.

I know I'm quite late on this but it will be fixed next patch (both)
