Bug Report Self Heal Mage skill

Reporting Self heal mage 1.st tree doing 200hp healing on lvl 5 skill with a zauharant +25 Weapon.
description says 52% matk + 140 flat bonus. My current MATK is 26 700.

He was always weak, I don't understand what's wrong? Use dragons, they will be more useful
